PURE IDIOTS !!!!!! DO NOT EVER GO HERE THESE PEOPLE MAKE UP THE RULES AS THEY GO . someone should really look in to how this (palatka motor vehicles ) is operating . Every time i go this this location (which i will never again ) they change how the process is done . I am personally going to write everyone i possibly can to have an investigation on what these people are doing .I have lived all over the state of Florida for last 40 years and have never in my life came across the problems make it up as we go Motor vehicles

This place is awful. It's so much worse than the other DMVs in Putnam. They told me I had to pay a man who stole and wrecked my car before I could get my license back and refused to fix the problem from their office. They also claimed I didn't have insurance at the time of the wreck and wanted me to go FIND THIS MAN, who I have a restraining order against. I know paperwork can get messed up but they don't want to do the very job they are paid to and fix it. They could have easily fixed it, instead I had to do their job for them, all the while my license was suspended over this mistake for 5 months and I never got notification. I guess there's a reason DMVs have a bad name. Has anyone seen the child's movie Zootopia? The "people" working at the DMV are portrayed as sloths. No coincidence there..it's very fitting.
The employees are extremely rude and unreasonable. I do NOT recommend going there for any of their services if possible.
I take all paperwork they require, spending additional money to get it, just to be told they need something else. Been there 4 times already. Now told to get a certified copy of a marriage license from 1971. Have the certified divorce papers, but not good enough. Tired of the pure crap. Florida isn't worth this.
