We went elsewhere for the part. Sears has lost a customer of 17 years. Oh and to add insult to injury Kenmore Units were made in Vietnam other in Thailand. So much for "Sears" being known for American Made Products.

Worse ever washer/dryer experience in my life. Salesperson had misinformation on reversible doors. No Delivery included. Gas Dryer was purchased to use with LP Gas and conversion kit was requested but instead saleswoman ordered a gas line. 11 days later after replumbing for washer that opens in wrong direction for our needs, we are now having to order and wait for the LP fitting.
