Everyone in the flooring department is terrible to deal with. Everyone we have delt with has been very rude from the start and will ignore you and run off if you ask a question. Nothing is ever in stock and has to be preordered which is a huge hassle having to deal with any of the employees trying to get something ordered. Do not recommend at all - go to Home Depot!
85% store means it only has 85% of what a normal Lowe's has in a bigger town.

Today I got entertainment to boot, a customer bought a washer, watched the employee attempt to lift the washer over side of trailer that had side rails even though the trailer has a ramp , then tried to push washer up ramp. Finally did it the easy way and pulled the washer up the ramp.
Tonight I went there for 2 sheets of outdoor plywood. It needed to be cut to 36 inches wide. They cut it for me just fine but when I got home, one sheet was coming apart. The glue holding the layers together didn't. So if you need plywood make sure it's glued right. Never trust them to give you a decent piece of plywood. It seems that I got a cast off piece for 27 bucks. Not happy!!
