The to go staff is wildly incompetent. Desperately needs to be trained in order to appropriately manage/triage a 3 person line.
Dining in is great. The bar is great.
I am an occasional customer to Chili's. I have dined in several times and I order out. I love the cleanliness of the restaurant and the friendly staff. The food is good especially the baby back ribs and Texas fries.
Food was good but service was substandard. Order an appitiser and asked for a napkin and was brought cocktail napkins. Received our meal but no napkins. Is there a paper shortage? Finished the meal and never saw the waitress again. Finally looked the Amount of the meal up on table kiosk left the money on the table and departed. Worst service I've ever had at this Chillis.
Web ordered 2 Old Timers to go. Burgers were hot and delicious, fries were crispy. So proud of our local Chili's!
The food was great and service was out of this world! For example, I asked the young lady to shove my corn on the cob in my butt and call me a scarecrow. She then went out side and found a wild crow to place on my shoulder. I felt right at home, in my corn field with Ahkbar. Great service! Thanks Jessica
