We order from here all the time and they are always great. Forgot part of our order ONE time and they brought us a fresh replacement quick. Drivers are always nice.
So in summation: immature and rude manager with no business ordering anyone else around, careless/rude prep staff, STAFF PUT DELIVERY QUOTAS BEFORE IN-STORE CLIENTS, but EXCELLENT cook(s) and drivers to my knowledge.
Really good pizza for a great price. The staff at the Reid Street store are always friendly and courteous. Great job every time.
Delivery is fine. NEVER CARRY OUT. Stood inside (about 90° inside at ALL times in their sunny window) for 47 minutes AFTER ordering, WHILE watching orders phoned in AFTER mine go out the door for delivery. I finally asked if mine was ready for the 3rd time and the poor overworked cashier (obviously new) found my order to be just sitting in the "ready area". The prep girl ordered the cashier to fetch my salad from a freezer while the phone was ringing (cashier's job ONLY apparently even when manager is just chatting nearby)! The manager (pictured all smiles on the wall) walked by several times, avoiding eye contact with me, with a line waiting to order and did nothing to assist nor even greet anyone, merely scolded the cashier for using the wrong telephone line WHILE she was online taking an order!!!! This managers thinks it's prudent to find a "teaching moment" WHILE her staff is speaking to customers?Absurd. Rude girl in entirety. This Domino's franchise owner should be ashamed about what goes on when these "children" are unsupervised. How she got promoted is a wonder to me. Lived here a year and heard about her, but this is my 1st (and LAST) experience with carryout at this location. Now I understand.
It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get my order, the estimate said 36-46 minutes. I can deal with that, but not with the ice cold pizza I received. Strange part is that the bread was hot. How long did my pizza sit before it was delivered?
