Never use this jeweler for any watch repairs. They do not know how to respect your watch, they destroy it and then will not respect you enough to correct their error. They overcharge you as well. See my pictures. A vintage Borel watch given to them with the original see through back (which they either destroyed or lost). They had my watch for over 5 months and returned it to me with a home made back that is not a Borel back and look how unprofessional that was done. Now they won't communicate with me nor refund me my $140.00 they charged me for destroying a vintage watch. Also their jewelry is way overpriced and I give them a thumb down for ripping people off.
