Dr. Seijas was wonderful and she is a one of the best doctors I have ever been to. I loved the clinic and it is very convenient for me. Had everything I needed. They moved Dr Seijas to St. Augustine so now I have to travel there for my appointments. I don't like the other doctors at this clinic.
Calls to Azalea Health are HORRENDOS most of the time. Someone answers but when you tell them your request you are put on hold indefinitely.
Giving it ONE star is even a lot. Worst care I’ve ever received in my life. I’ve never been spoken to so rudely in my life either. Dr. was extremely condescending and spoke to me like I was stupid and crazy. Went in for a urine pregnancy test only to find 3 other urine specimen cups unmarked or named. How do they even know which one was mine? MA got an attitude about taking medical history and rushed me through the process, not to mention that the front office failed to put up my folder upon arrival so I sat in the lobby for 2+ hours.
I am thinking seriously of making my appointments in St Augustine from now on. I will give Palatka a little more time to see if there is any improvement, and if not, I will definitely go to another place of service.
I took my granddaughter there, she was having depression issues. She was cutting herself and feeling suicidal. She was getting into fights at school. She talked to some dumb-ass who claimed to be a psychiatrist. He said, "don't cut yourself, you could bleed to death and die" DUHHH He said, "don't get into fights in school you could get expelled." He didn't ask WHY she did these things, or anything about her feelings. He prescribed medication for her; which made her WORSE. Then he said "come back in a month". He had a checklist and asked her questions, then it was "good-by see you in a month". They are idiots.
I’d rather die than go here again. Thank god my hubby didn’t come with me!!!
I have been going to Azalea Health (formerly known as Family Medical Center) for 12 years and have always had EXCELLENT service in EVERY WAY until the last two months; now the people up front at the admissions desk are definitely not as nice as the girls that were there before. In fact, one of the girls ( for I cannot in any way call her a lady) is very rude and not at all helpful; she puts you off and does not follow up. The other two are nice and helpful, at least.
Went to see about testicular pain and the nurse replayed when I told her about it she told me to stay off the dirty website are you kidding me very unprofessional don't go here worst care ever wish I could not even give you a star you people are the worst
