Walked in yesterday. Was not even greeted. One stylist doing hair and the other fixing his own hair. Walked around and looked at products for five minutes. Still no acknowledment. That said all I needed to know! Super unprofessional nothing "Smart" about it!

My wife goes here and they do a great job on her hair. Prices are fairly competitive with other hair styling places in town.
Had scheduled an updo for my grand-daughter on Oct. 14, 2017 at 2:00 pm. She had homecoming that night. We arrived about 15 mins early. After being greeted at the reception desk and stating our appointment, the woman tells our stylist Sara that her 2 o'clock is here upon which Sara states very loud and rudely that she is in the middle of a color and cannot be interrupted. The reception again remarks that we are on her (Sara) books to which Sara again loud and rude says that SHE did not schedule us that Tonya did and again she was busy and could not do it. The receptionist walks over to her and says something very quietly after which Sara looks at me and says: I guess I can do it but it will be later or is it something you need today? At this point I look at her and tell her to forget it. We are done and that she is rude. The receptionist apologizes and I tell her that we will not be back and that Sara was one of the rudest people I have ever met. This was the first time to this salon and it was my last. I would not even give it one star but the receptionist was nice.
Went in for eyebrow waxing and after 40 minutes waiting for the guy to finish another guys hair I left. He told other customers that someone else was supposed to be there at 9:30 but I'm assuming she was late. Definitely understaffed considering multiple people came in. I didn't feel comfortable having him do my eyebrows after watching him work on a male customer for over 40 minutes. I watched him trim the same spot over and over and over again. I have many brothers and I've never seen someone work so much on short hair. Won't be coming back for awhile if I hear something changes
