Extremely courteous staff! I've ordered from here a few times, the flowers and delivery always exceed my expectations. There was only 1 time where there was a confusion on the address, they promptly called me and we got it resolved. Highly recommend this place!
I received excellent service on a Saturday afternoon,when other florists were closed. Melanie had exactly what I was wanting at the right price.
I ordered flowers offline and they were made and delivered with in the hour! I wasn't expecting such an expedited service and when i called to see the time frame of delivery they were extremely polite. I will recommend Melanie's flowers to everyone! Plus the flowers were absolutely beautiful.
I had the absolutely best experience with Melanie! I am not a flower person and was it was the last thing on my list that I needed to get done and was really dreading it. She met with us, got prices and came in the cheapest! On the day of my wedding my maid of honor handed me the bridesmaid bouquet, I told her that was hers not mine and she was so excited she said "if this is mine I can't wait to see yours!"
Wife was ordering flowers for a wedding and lady seemed rushed trying to get the flowers done. Bouquets were uneven, and price changed twice from what was quoted over the phone. Lady even told my wife she was in a hurry because she had lunch plans. First and last time we used Flower's by Melanie, my wife ended up having to take apart and redo the bouquets to make them even and it was just a terrible experience.
