Terrible people ! I reserved a truck a month in advance , upon arrival the truck was not ready . Then even though I have three different credit/debit cards/accounts they forced me to produce a utility bill. I was refused service because I was one day late paying my electric bill ! This place is poorly Managed ! I was forced to buy a truck !
They don't tell someone that in order to rent a car with a bank debit card you also have to provide an utility bill up to date payments to rent a vehicle. They will give you a reservation number to pick up but fails to rely regulations for bank debit card usage
Friendly People ,great service , travel whit my RV , i rent many times , unfortunately they have right now not the 3 day weekend special for 9.99 would be nice they have it on week day to . Great company . Thanks
Being in a high-level position with the need to constantly travel, I have rented from the Palatka branch for the past 10+ years and have always received quality service. These folks extend themselves beyond the call of duty and have gone out of their way to ensure that each and every visit is comprised of A+ service. Despite some of the challenges present within this small community, Alex and his team continue to provide the best customer service and a strong commitment to meeting their customers needs. In my book, that makes them the best!
