They haven't hired any new tellers which can make the speed of your transaction way longer than it needs to be. However the current tellers are great and don't let the short-staffing effect them. I give the tellers 5 stars but the operation itself 1.
I have never had a good experience here. Long wait times every time, due to inefficient methods of processing simple transactions and shortage of staff.
No drive thru. Makes banking a pain.
The tellers here are great, the only reason for not giving a one star. This is a poorly managed location. There are always long lines. Expect to wait an hour to make a deposit. Also the drive through is closed.
Bank has only one teller with 13 people in line. There is 3 people sitting back in offices, not seeming to care. In addition bank closes at 4pm. Very poor customer!
